01 - Terms of Business

  • mjdlifestyle will provide a written (email) confirmation of the agreed services to be provided, the price, and any facilities/requirements that the client will expected to provide.
  • An email acceptance of the service offer will be required from the Client before the booking can be confirmed and will represent a binding contract.
  • We do reserve the right to ask for a deposit up front.
  • If there is a cancellation with less than 7 days notice we reserve the right to charge you up to 50% of the fee however we will aim to be as flexible on this as possible.
  • Our fees are due on successful completion of the service and will be invoiced one we have confirmed that the service has been successfully delivered to the agreed service specification.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice being sent and we accept Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer or PayPal.




02 - Access to facilities

  • Where there is an expectation that the Client will be providing suitable facilities such as a training venue the following is the standard that is expected unless an alternative is agreed in writing.
  • The training or other venue should be safe, suitably equipped, laid out and large enough for the target audience and the specific needs of the course or service provided. 
  • We would expect that a suitable projection system such as a TV or Projector, capable of being connected to the trainers laptop is provided if requested.
  • There needs to be adequate access to welfare and refreshment provision for participants proportionate to the duration of the training or service being provided
  • We would expect that parking for the trainer will be provided within a reasonable distance of the venue and where necessary access to suitable drop off points for loading in the event of the parking not being adjacent.
  • If these standards of facilities can not be met then alternative provision must be agreed with the mjdlifestyle in advance

 

 

03 - GDPR

  • mjdlifestyle is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • All personal data is used purely for the administration of training or other service delivery, is stored securely and disposed of when no longer required - normally within a maximum of 30 days of the certification of the training course or completion of the service.
  • Where necessary data may be passed to our Accreditation partner Pro Trainings for the purpose of accrediting training and will be subject to their GDPR arrangements which can be viewed at www.protrainings.uk.
  • Likewise, where necessary data may be passed to our booking's agent, Trybooking for the purpose of managing bookings on courses and will be subject to their GDPR arrangements which can be viewed at www.trybooking.com.
